Villa Luna was awarded Grand Prize, Home of the Year for it’s intimate qualities on a grand scale, it’s sculptural and lyrical elevations, and it’s tasteful blend of modern with traditional styles.

 

This exotic, 5,500 sq. ft. multi-level structure was an addition to an existing 5 bedroom, 6 bath, family estate. The new addition responded gracefully to the original courtyard style residence.

 

Embracing coastal Mediterranean ideals are flowing indoor-outdoor living spaces with foldaway doors and windows. Terraces radiate from a sculpted plaster fireplace for intimate as well as formal gatherings. Open ventilation, cooling fountains,and shade trellises counter the summer’s heat, and offer internal comfort and living pleasure.

Throughout the “Villa” are carefully detailed materials of hand finished plaster, rustic stone flooring, hand-hewn beams, richly grained wood elements and custom hand forged iron accents. Villa Luna is whole dwelling design ~ architecture, hardscape and fountains, interior architecture and interior design of custom furniture, lighting and iron work pieces are highlighted throughout.
